Staff Training Program
A teacher’s meeting is arranged every week where every teacher shares his/her classroom experience. This facilitates them to evaluate their performance and helps them for improvement. In addition to this our technical expert and advisor, XSEED Education deputes an expert every quarter to observe the classroom performance of every one of our teachers and give feedback. Further XSEED Education organizes periodical training for our teachers and arranges national and international seminars and webinars. Apart from these, experts from medical fields, NLP, and subject experts address our teachers to help them develop their skills and abilities.
